Judging Criteria

  • Creativity & Innovation
    21–25: Highly original, inventive, and exceptionally creative; stands out from typical solutions. 13–20: Shows some originality and creative thought but resembles existing solutions. 0–12: Common, unoriginal, or lacks innovative thinking.
  • Relevance to Theme – “Connected Worlds"
    17–20: Strong, clear, and direct connection to the theme; meaningfully embodies “Connected Worlds.” 9–16: Some connection to the theme, though partial, surface-level, or loosely applied. 0–8: Weak or unclear connection to the theme.
  • Design & Functionality
    17–20: Well-designed, user-friendly, polished; prototype/demo works smoothly and effectively. 9–16: Decent design with some usability or functionality issues; partially functional demo. 0–8: Difficult to use, poorly designed, or mostly non-functional.
  • Feasibility
    13–15: Realistically could be developed and deployed; technically and practically sound. 7–12: Somewhat feasible but would require significant refinement or resources. 0–6: Unrealistic, impractical, or technically unworkable.
  • Impact
    17–20: Clearly solves a real problem; strong potential to bring communities together and make a meaningful difference. 9–16: Addresses a problem with some positive potential, but impact is limited or unclear. 0–8: Minimal or no real-world impact.
